Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy to make your experience as smooth as possible.
14-Day Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
$75.00 Flat Rate Return Shipping
For your convenience, we offer a flat rate return shipping fee of $75.00. Due to the nature of our business, we must insure every package. That is where this fee comes from. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Please contact our customer service team to arrange the return shipping.
20% Restocking Fee
We believe in transparent pricing, and that's why we let you know upfront that any modified item (sized, altered, etc.) will have a 20% restocking fee. Your refund will be the full purchase price of the item, minus the 20% restocking and return shipping fee.
Exclusions
Please note that final sale items and estate items are not eligible for return. Make sure to carefully review the product description before making your purchase.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day return period. You can email us at cayden@kirklandjewelry.com. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
